Weir's Butchers on Broadway has served Perth's western suburbs with quality meat for more than 70 years, trading from the Broadway Fair Shopping Centre in Nedlands. It is owned by the Bradley family, only the second family to run the business in its long history, and remains a fixture for shoppers from Nedlands, Crawley and across the western suburbs.
The shop covers beef, pork, lamb and poultry, alongside home-cooked meals, deli items and a strong line of smallgoods. Sausages are a signature: they are made in-house in 20 different flavours spanning beef, pork, lamb and vegetarian. There is a constant rotation of high-end steaks moving through the in-store dry ager, and the team puts on tastings every Saturday morning.
