Eva Valley Meats is the Northern Territory's first paddock-to-plate operation, combining an on-farm abattoir and a butcher's shop on Old Cameron Downs in Eva Valley, about 100 kilometres south of Darwin. It sustainably sources cattle and buffalo that are 100% grass-fed and finished in the Territory, raised entirely on grass using sustainable farming practices.
Buffalo are an endemic pest across much of the north of the NT, including Indigenous-owned land, and Eva Valley Meats turns that into a genuinely Territory product through an ethical wild harvest.
