Blue Mountains Food Co-op is a community-owned, not-for-profit organic wholefood store in the centre of Katoomba, New South Wales. Started in 1981 by local families who wanted better access to quality organic food, it has grown into Australia's largest food co-op, with two shops and thousands of members.
The co-op specialises in organic and biodynamic groceries, locally grown fruit and vegetables, bulk pantry foods, gluten-free and vegan lines and eco-friendly home and personal care. For raw dairy, it stocks A2 raw goat bath milk from Jannei Goat Dairy, sold for cosmetic use only.
